Extreme Duress

I have been under extreme duress regarding a bunch of issues. If these issues were tallied on a stress chart; the amount of the stress enhancers that top the list would be incredible. To make a long story short, and without going into detail about the nature of the problems…. I cannot have a natural bowel movement and I have determined that the cause is stress related. Recently I quit drinking coffee and that’s when I noticed that I couldn’t go. I am taking lactulose as a stool softener, but I would like to go naturally again. Also there has been no relief or resolution to the problems that are stressing me out. I may need some helpful relaxation techniques as well as herbal help in elimination. BTW, I get plenty of water and fiber and have tried casa sagrada and pysillium. I need relief.ÿ ÿ Thanx!

Sounds like constipation-predominant IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Of course, to diagnose that, you need to see a doctor to eliminate other causes of the constipation… that’s very important. But if it’s confirmed that you have IBS, you can be treated by acupuncture and herbal formulas.

In fact, one of the best Chinese herbal research studies(1) we have is on an IBS natural remedy, and you can read it here.

You can read more about IBS and Chinese medicine here.

To get this kind of IBS natural remedy, find a local acupuncturist- this page will help you find one and has steps for finding the best one in the area.

All the best!
